      Electrical energy is today the backbone of all major industry. To increase the efficiency and reduce the loss of energy during transmission, electrical engineering is being integrated with electronics.

      The curriculum for Electrical & Electronics Engineering is designed to provide professional training and encourage active participation in applied and theoretical research. Emphasis is laid on the development of individual initiative and resourcefulness.

       The department has many well equipped laboratories that help to enhance the Practical knowledge of the students. Industrial training and projects with reputed industrial houses are regularly undertaken by the students and their work and conduct have always been appreciated.
