Pixie!!! represents the mystical minorities of Vodkonia, basically the Pixies, gnomes, the fay, eskimos, and George.W.Bush and other races belived by the rest of the world to be made up to scare children.
as the representitave of Mystical Minority affairs, Pixie!!! does relativly little, seeing as most people have been seeing 'little people' since well before they started drinking they are comfortable with the presance of the mystical Minority in Vodkonia.
When Pixie!!! does actually do work its usually to dispell the roumers surrounding his kind, such as "they're nasty little fellows, with top hats and pointy little beards and they cause unemployment!"
Pixie!!! has been linked to the Secret cult of the eskimo orphans in the past due to his small stature and his dislike of the whole elephant race. at this current time no legal action is being brought aginst him, but a squadron of elephant piloted planes is being kept on standby at all times.
