There are some fun sites for children to navigate through.  Scholastic, Troll, and Crayola each offer literacy activities along with are and writing contests.  They talk about books the children may have pruchased in school already or may see this year at the book fairs or through book club orders that go home.  I encourage you to visit these sites with them.
