Payment

VIPOSHOPZ uses as payment system the long time approved system of Paypal. The payment is valid directly after you have won the bid.
In the case of no payment within 1 (ONE) week after your order has been made, your order will be cancelled. Please be aware that we will only arrange a delivery of ordered products when full payment has been made.
Positive feedback will be given within 14 (FOURTEEN) days after you have received the products.

Return policy

You have the right to cancel the contract within 7 (SEVEN) days of delivery without having to state a reason. This cancellation period applies to private end consumers only.
Cancellations have to be made in written form in Email to viposhopz@gmail.com. In case of an effective cancellation you will have to return the products and we will refund your payment.
Please be aware that we do not return shipping costs, for both shipping from us and that from you. If you will not be able to return the products in unused condition you will have to compensate for the used or damaged products.
