Kiyoshi was about to take aim, when an untouchable emotion swept through her. Her eyes glazed over and she was on the verge of crying. She couldn’t hurt the panda, let alone kill it. Kiyoshi dropped to her knees, trembling, and wept. Tears stung her ceramic face side, and moistened her flesh side. Her feelings were tossed into an abyss that she had no control over. She felt angry, but deeply saddened. Hurt, but determined.
Kiyoshi looked up to the panda once more and raised her arm to shoot. Just as she was about to rid herself of the puffy fuzz ball, it cried out in terror.
"Wait!" The panda held out its little, black paw and its beady black eyes shook with fear. "Don’t shoot! I have some information you need!" Kiyoshi stared at the panda, amazed it was speaking to her. This was impossible...
Kiyoshi shook her head and lowered her gun, still focusing on the bear. She wiped her cheeks with her other arm and cleared her scope. She had to be prepared in case the panda tried anything funny.

Kiyoshi: "Who... who are you?"
Felicity: "I am Felicity, minion of Master Taikoru and keeper of records. I was told to watch over you."
Kiyoshi: "I see, and the information you have obtained?"
Felicity: "You must promise not to kill me if I tell you..."
Kiyoshi’s eyes flickered, swirling a golden brown.
Kiyoshi: "You have my word, if it is as important as you imply it."
Felicity nodded and stood up, brushing her fuzzy, black and white fur.
Felicity: "In one minute you shall short circuit and drift off into sleep before being returned to the mansion for inspection by Taikoru."
Kiyoshi: "I should’ve known. Can you fix this?"
Felicity: "Uh... I... Yes, I can, but you must promise I will be safe. I cannot return to the mansion if I help you. You must take me with you. Do we have an understanding?"
Kiyoshi smiled, her eyes changing color once again to reveal a dark pink.
Kiyoshi: "Of course, you may come to be useful in the future. There are still many things I have yet to know."
Kiyoshi’s eyes flitted to a light, empty gray, and the voice she had previously heard in her dream came back to her. Her memory drenched her mind once again, and she wondered who she was.
Kiyoshi: "Do, do you know who I am?"
The panda froze, confusion slipping into her attitude. She shook her head solemnly. Kiyoshi’s own head dropped and she gazed at the asphalt. She really had no idea who she was, or even why she was here, here to destroy innocent people. Somewhere deep inside she knew it was all wrong, but it felt so... right.
Kiyoshi: "I... I see. I promise to let you be and protect you as you accompany me, but in return, you must help me find my true identity. I know I am someone, but... I want to know who."
Felicity gawked at Kiyoshi as her emotions poured out into her lap, and more tears collected on the ridges of her eyes.
Felicity: *Her voice softened and sweet* "Yes, I promise to help you find who you are."

Felicity began to work, first by opening a small, metal plate on Kiyoshi’s arm, then tugging and snipping at the wires with her claws. She snapped a few more wires and stood up, wiping her forehead. "It’s done. You’ll be invisible to Taikoru and his army. You’ll stay awake, too." Felicity smiled brightly, her round, cute face making her fluffy cheeks more cute than normally.
Kiyoshi bowed, still unsure of herself. She still had to find out who she was, and why she had no past. "We should go now. A small village will be a safe place to sleep, or at least rest for now." Kiyoshi stood up quickly, strolling over to a clothes shop still slightly intact. She walked in and carefully stepped over the glass and other debre on the white, tile floor. Not a sound was heard, other than the slow breathing of herself and the panda waiting outside. She found a leathery, tan cloak on a shelf and pulled it off, draping around her whole body. She pulled the hood down over her face, shadows casting over her features. The cloak dragged slightly on the floor and she left the store, pulling another small, dark blue cloak from another shelf and bundling it up.
Kiyoshi walked out, surprising Felicity as a stranger took her place. Felicity let out a breath it didn’t seem like she was holding and caught the cloak as Kiyoshi through it to her. She instinctively put it on, the blue shadows only revealing the gleam of her black eyes. Together, Kiyoshi and Felicity walked out of the city together, on their way to answer Kiyoshi’s unknown questions and worries.
