Found some guy selling a gp1200 for parts due to exsessive hull damage (luckly the nose was fine). He cut it out and shipped it over for about $250.
The yellow arrow indicates where the the waverunner was going to be cut.
If you look closely you could see a line drawn out.  Took me a while to figure out the cut line.  A little bit of math and geometry and things looked very good.

Lots of fiberglass in there.
