Social skills and competences	Team work: I have successfully worked in various types of scientific and R&D teams under supervising of various types of leaders - from colonels to professors. For approximately 30 years I have played football in various university and institute football teams as an amateur. Mediating skills: I maintain wide border contacts between people of multiprofessional environment - artists, medics, lawyers, statesmen, football players and trainers. Intercultural skills: I try as an amateur to take place in the field of political discussions.
Organisational skills and competences	I am Chairman of Electroplated Coatings Group of Corrosion Technical Committee (TC 42) of Bulgarian Standardization Agency. I have been Chairman of Military Chemistry Scientific Council of NBS Protection Department and Secretary of Scientific Committee of Military R&D Institute. I have been Deputy Chairman of the Editorial Staff of Military Technical and Scientific Information Journal.
