This summer I was in DC.

But I'm not anymoreso we should go home

I worked at the National Zoo in the Genetics Lab.?Sometimes we pretended we were animals and climbed in the exhibits. It is hard to tell but we are all smiling.?the masks are for the animals' protection, not ours.?this is me and the other youngins in the lab.? (Luke, Jennifer, Me, Agi, Rosario)

On the fourth of July, my old friend Liz and I went down to the mall to see the fireworks.?I was a bit nervous because of the huge crowds i'd heard about, but since it was raining, a lot of people stayed home.?The show was supposed to start at 915.?It poured until 905 and began again right after the fireworks were over.?strange.?I forgot my umbrella so Liz and I had to share.?that is why my shirt is two different colors in the picture - it is half wet.

My Alison friend came to visit me.?We had a busy time.?We went to see a dirty play called Seven Deadly Dwarves.?We saw the excellent Australian pop group the Lucksmiths.?And we saw our favorite band in the whole world -Jump, Little Children.?It was an awesome show.?and we almost got stuck in Virginia.?We even got our picture taken with the two dreamiest members of the band!
