Jump, Little Children They are my favorite band ever.They are really really fun to see live, which I have done too many times. My favorite songs are "Made it fine" "Words of Wisdom" "Smiling Down" "My Guitar" Prince Prince is just legendary.I have seen him live, and although we had some of the worst seats ever, it was still an awesome show. My favorite Prince songs are "Let's Go Crazy" and "Seven" Michael Jackson Sadly, Michael I have never seen live.But I feel I would pay a large sum of money to do this.I can't think of one Michael Song that is my favourite. Madonna Forced to see Madonna this summer on her Drowned World Tour with my sister, I became reacquainted with her new music. Although she didn't play my all-time favorite Madonna song - This used to be my Playground - it was still a really good show. And we had kickass seats - thanks Jen Darren Hanlon Darren is an amazing Australian indie pop musician. I had the pleasure of spending 3 hours in a bar with him in Athens. He is on an awesome Australian label - Candle Records - with other fun Australian bands like the Lucksmiths. I can't wait till his CD comes out. UPDATE: thanks to an unfortunate turn of events (me falling down a hill), i recieved Darren's new CD in the mail, as well an a cd of some acoustic demos. this is truly one of the best things i have ever recieved in the mail. 1 - it's darren, and 2- it was such a kind thing to do. I am the World Trade Center IATWTC is fun computer generated music. they hail from the greatest city around, Athens GA. And contain the most adorable man in Athens, Dan Geller. LumuS LumuS is the band with my friends Thomas, Davey, Kent and Sam. They played an awesome show at my 21st birthday party. (so awesome that the cops came.) My favorite LumuS song is "I'm on my Way" Sadly, or not so sadly depending on who you talk to, LumuS played its last show last Friday (RIP 4-19-02) Michael Winger Michael Winger, formerly of Dayroom, is an incredible performer. He is a lyrical genius.He dresses and dances with the best of them. I am sad that he moved to California, because now I do not get to see him too much. So Dayroom was apparently an Athens band for about 9 years, but I never saw them when they were together. I first got introduced to Michael Winger when he came to play at some of the Jump shows, because he's friend with the band. I got hooked and now I go to all the Dayroom reunion shows I can.
