This is the technical section, results of
my own crazy experiments. ------------------------------ Difference between iLink and IEEE 1394 Cable The diagram below shows the difference between the 2 cables. If you want to convert one to the other, just switch the cables around. Doing this conversion however will degrade the signals transmitted through the cable.
