For websites, you must insure that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) supports MS Publisher 2000 or MS Front Page 2002 uploads or your site may not appear as it should.
Geocities/Yahoo does support this upload. I can upload the site directly to your File Manager or e-mail it to you so you can post it yourself.
