And I'll correct that, I haven't run, I am running. On a write-in tag, ticket, for governor of the state of Texas, because I feel, that we need to return, to the Constitution. That the federal government threw away, in 1933, and we saw evidence of, of it here, a year ago.

I've got two things to remember on April 19th now. That was my birthdate- and unfortunately it's a, a day that will live in infamy in this country, much more so, than December 7th of '41 ever will! [applause] I want all of you to think, right now, where you were last year. As a country, and as a state, we sat back, and let this happen. It wasn't the ATF doing it by themselves, we let it happen! That's what's wrong with this country today, that's what's wrong with this state. Because we're still letting it happen! Why is Ann Richards and Dan Morales still in office? Why are all our congressmen, our state representatives, still in office- when they know, that state law was broken right here last year? Those people- the Asses, Thugs, and Fools, known as ATF- had no authority in this state! They have none today- they've never had any! And we've given it to 'em!

Every day that you sit around and do nothing, is one more day that they're going to take a freedom away from you. God gave those to you, not the state! God gave you your freedoms, and God gave these people their freedoms, and the state took it away! Now the day that we allow the state to do that- to eighty-something odd people here, we've given them license to do it to us anytime, they wish. And I for one, refuse to do that. This is my country- and I'm talking about the United States of America and Texas- I was born in Texas, and I'm a proud Texas citizen. I am not a US citizen, and I will have nothing to do, with the federal government, as it is outlawed today. They declared war on us, they declared us enemies, in 1933, and they declared war on us, right over here last year. And it's time that we fought back. And if you're not ready to fight back- then you need to go back home, you need to lock your doors, and you need to believe everything that the boob tube and the, and the government tells you. Because that's what we've been doing for sixty years, and you can see what it's gotten us into. Well I'm tired of it. And I'm tired of our state government, specifically, the governor and the attorney general, in allowing this to happen, and not, having an independent, state investigation on what happened! Let's bring the people up on charges, in the state, for murder, that committed murder, instead of these innocent people that were tried in San Antonio! That court, had no more right to try them- than I have to try, the President of the United States. That court has got no jurisdiction in this state! It's foreign to this state, and we need to take those judges, and those ATF agents, and those IRS agents, and everybody representing the federal government, in this state, and kick them out! And if any of you out there are ATF agents, if you consider this sedition, yes it is! Because it's against an unlawful, government! And it's not treason, you have committed treason!

Remember the name, Gary Graham. Take it in and write it with a pen, because I refuse to have anything to do with the national- the state election commission, which decides with the national election commission. I will not bow, to this federal government! Thank you. [light applause]
