In 1869 they were still living in Bedford County, Virginia when he and his wife sold the remaining 482 acres on the North Fork of Beaverdam Creek. They may have moved from Bedford, as the census records cease. They may have moved to Tennessee with his brother David D. Burnett.

This Suit continued at least through 1856 and/or perhaps the same one, on 26 September 1860 of Williamson vs William Gish and others. Still another, and I don't know if it is the same Williamson or not (Mrs. Bork's statement here), as there were several dated 12 March 1877 of Williamson vs Samuel D. Patterson.
