THE PAYOFF:

The Northwest had a beeeeeaaaauuuutiful [warm!] Labor Day-Sunday, and I got to meet an old Nemesis head-on.   OK --- so I've been working on my health in many ways these last months…and I still really had a grudge against that hill -- told my husband I wanted to go back this Labor Day -- and kick that hill in the patootey!
