The Bethel Guardian Council serves a one year term from May to May. The Bethel members give their written recommendations in February for the following years Bethel Guardian Council. In addition, the current council has an annual meeting in February to make their recommendation. A list of those willing to serve on the Bethel Guardian Council along with each set of recommendations is sent to the state officer responsible for appointing the Bethel Guardian Councils. The council consists of 5 executive members, 4 associate members, and committee members as needed.
