At the end of
each term, of approximately 6 months, the elected officers progress to the next
office via election or appointment. Once the Elected officers have been
determined, the newly selected Honored Queen assigns the remaining members to
the appointed offices. All members are eligible for an appointed office.
However, only those members with perfect attendance, proficiency in their memory
work, and satisfactorily having memorized the signs and responses of the order
are eligible for election or appointment to an elected line officer position.
Once a member has completed a term as Honored Queen and completed the term
requirements then they have earned the title of Past Honored Queen (PHQ).
