Situated on the main motorway and railway link between London and Edinburgh, Grantham boasts a complete variety of matters of interest and offers a convenient base to stay and visit neighbouring historical cities such as Lincoln, Peterborough, and Nottingham (East Midlands Airport).

We occupy a central position in town and are only 200 metres' walk from the railway station, and opposite the main coach terminal.

We are a well-established, cosy bar-restaurant, and unique in the town. We offer a wide selection of quality wines which complement our home-cooked menu. For the business visitor, we can offer a range of temporary office facilities through our business centre next door.

Our warm welcome to visitors over the years has established a very good relationship with the University of Evansville (U.S.A.) which has its U.K. base at Harlaxton Manor, just 5 miles south of Grantham.

Through this friendship, we have--for some years now--encouraged happy evenings of wine tastings and fun with all our customers usually resulting in a presentation of a free bottle of "bubbly" for successful contestants in our Wine Quiz.
