“A Tragedy in the Making”
Born into a hippy-commune in the early 70’s I quickly dismissed the “peace-love” values of my parental benefactors and instead embraced the values of individualism that would prove the undoing of a generation. In my thirty-some years on planet earth I’ve found pleasure in three things; fast food, technology and music. I like my fast food fast, my technology new, and my music loud.

The internet ain’t what it used to be, but there are still a few areas of cyberspace I frequent regularly. Do you remember reading the funny papers as a kid?  So do I, which is why Calvin & Hobbes, FoxTrot and Dilbert can be found in my Favorites folder.   Blogs or weblogs are a great idea and probably one of the best uses of the internet to-date.  Unfortunately most blogs suck.  There are exceptions however like Distant-Sun , Doctor Grosz, Little. Yellow. Different.  When life begins to lose meaning, you’ll find me hanging around online forums like Ars OpenForum, BeGroovy and AnandTech.

You won’t find me reading the local or evening news, but my cookie folder does have entries from Slashdot and Wired news. Contrary to popular opinion, good music can still be downloaded for free off the net, you just need to know where to look.
