New Consulting Assignment - Michael is assisting Grab On Products, world leader in manufacturing foam and rubber grips, to develop a word-of-mouth marketing plan for one of their new products being launched.

New Consulting Assignment - Michael has been retained to assist the magazine Adventist Review, a national religious publication in developing a word-of-mouth marketing campaign. As part of the project Michael will be presenting his "Let Your Customers Do The Talking Seminar".

Speech in San Diego - Michael Cafferky presented his "Let Your Customers Do The Talking" key note address at the National Ministries Convention of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists in San Diego, January. The key note address was followed by the seminar titled "Spreading His Fame" - a training program on word of mouth communications for religious organizations. Participants rated the presentation "excellent". After the presentation, many in attendance expressed appreciation to Cafferky for the practical insights into word-of-mouth marketing as applied to church ministries. Three organizations represented there have asked Dr. Cafferky to provide his training program.

New consulting assignment - Michael E. Cafferky has received a consulting assignment to assist Sunnyside Community Hospital establishing a new medical clinic in Grandview, WA.

New Book - Michael received approval from a religious publisher to send in a sample of his manuscript titled Spreading His Fame< a book on word-of-mouth communications for religious organizations.

Career Change - Caferky recently completed his work at Walla Walla General Hospital where he had been the Executive Director of Managed Care for three and a half years. Many managers and employees have express regret that he is leaving.

Schools of Business Use Web Site/Book - Several Schools of Business at colleges and universities are recommending this web site for students. Some professors have started using Cafferky's book Let Your Customers Do The Talking as required reading.

Article published in DECA - A new article written by Michael Cafferky on the topic of word-of-mouth marketing has been published by DECA Dimensions a magazine for high school and university marketing students. The article title is "Who's Talking".

Speech at National Convention - The Publishing Department of the North American Division of SDA has scheduled Dr. Cafferky for a seminar February 18 in Boise, ID. The seminar will be for the national convention of managers of Adventist Book Centers.
