For those who are not familiar with Royce Penny's predictive strategies, he has a proprietary method for predicting "Hot,Warm & Cold" number blocks. On average there are 17 hot numbers, 16 warm numbers, and 16 cold numbers. The most common block (hwc = 222) has yielded 1188 wins in 1277 draws to March 29, 1997 (first 100 draws excluded). Selecting numbers in the predictive block (hwc = 222) reduces the total number of available combinations to 1.96 Million of the 14.0 Million available. Using this strategy decreases the total number of combinations by 714%

the "Warm Block" and the third block as the "Cold Block". (The

algorithm used to predict the "hot", "Warm" and "cold" numbers is a
