My principal business activities these days are teaching (I prepare students to pass the CPA and CPA exams and also teach various courses for the American Institute of CPAs and various state societies of CPAs) and consulting and testifying on a variety of accounting and finance issues (stock options, derivatives, interest rate swaps, consolidated statements, GAAP, GAAS, etc.)
