The annual Robert E. Lee High School Summer Leadership Conference was held in Williamsburg, Virginia on August 2 - 4. The delegates consisted of the presidents of each club and organization, including the Lee FBLA President Linh Au, the captains of the sport teams, and the student government officers. During our stay, we enjoyed two fun-filled days at Williamsburg Bush Gardens and Water Country USA. However, the main focus of the trip was to let the leaders of Lee High School get acquainted with one another and be able to work effectively to make the 1999-2000 school year the best it can be. Several leadership sessions were held such at "Lancers Got Your Back" and the presentation of the school song. During these sessions, the leadership team brainstormed ideas for Homecoming themes and a school motto. Everyone had a great time and we ended our stay by hosting a dance with leaders from Lake Braddock High School. [ top of page ] [Back to Program of Work ]
