The Academy of Financial Services Cos., [a company licensed as a not-for-profit company by the Govt. of India], an affiliate of Association of Leasing and Financial Services Cos. is pleased to offer a unique on-job training program.

The program, specially tailored for leasing executives from emerging markets, will provide 2-weeks on-job training on leasing by putting the participants into various well-established leasing companies in India.

• This is the ONLY PROFESSSIONALLY-OFFERED ON-JOB TRAINING PROGRAM in the World.
• The participants get to work in/with established leasing companies. These companies have been carefully selected to provide variety and authenticity.
• As a prelude to the on-job training, the participants are given extensive theoretical inputs on the 1^st day of training: so they learn it first, and then they practice it.
• On each day, there is a briefing session with the participants to share their experience for the day, and assimilate their learning.
• The entire training program will be supervised by Vinod Kothari, an acclaimed leasing expert and established trainer all-over Asia.
• We guarantee 100% productive time utilisation.

We would take batches of maximum 10 participants at a time.

The training session will start at Calcutta where the 1^st day (Monday) will be sent in session with Vinod Kothari. This is the intensive learning day - all the relevant aspects of leasing and asset-based financing are taught on this day with full interaction with the participants.

Day 2 to day 5 (Tuesday to Friday), participants are put on job at a reputed company at Calcutta, where they are taken through corporate and earth-moving equipment leasing, including operating leasing.

Day 6 and 7 (Saturday and Sunday) is meant for travel over to Mumbai and rest.

Day 8 -10 (Mondayare scheduled at the leading commercial vehicles financing company of India. Here, participants learn marketing, customer relations, recoveries, repossessions and re-marketing.

Day 11-13, participants are put into India's most reputed integrated finance house, offering a variety of corporate finance services. Here, participants have a look at integrated corporate and retail finance functions at the different divisions of the Company.

The total package is priced at USD 750 per participant, excluding travel and stay.

If required, we will make assist foreign participants to arrange for their inland travel and stay.
