Jeans, Shirt, & Necktie
I find it interesting that this man is wearing a colorful tie with blue jeans. Personally, I find dress type slacks much more comfortable to wear than jeans but that's just me. This guy has the advantage of being able to remove his tie with no one being the wiser that he ever put such a thing around his neck. In this way, he could fit in almost anywhere.
