McConnelsville, Ohio - Feb. 14 - 1930
McConnelsvilles first big fire of 1930 - The first fire for the new siren to be sounded and the new fire "something" to be used - gutted the six room home of Arthur Anderson and his mother Mrs. Sarah Anderson on Bell Street at 10 am with a "something" estimate at $2,000. Only $500.00 insurance was carried.
