This Indenture made the Second day of March in the tear of our
lord one Thousand seven hundred and eighty four Between Griffith
Jones of the Township of East xxxxxxxx in the County of Chester
and State of Pennsylvania, Yeoman and Hannah his wife, of the one
part and Jacob Morets, of the Township of East Nantmeal in the
County of Chester aforesaid of, Yeoman, of the other part,
Witnesseth that the said Griffith Jones and Hannah his wife
in consideration of the sum of Five hundred and ninety three pounds
and three shillings in current money of Pennsylvania unto them well
and truly paid by the said Jacob Morets, at & before the sealing
and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and thereof Do acquit and forever discharge the said Jacob Morets
his executor, Administrators & assigns by these presents have
granted bargained sold released and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell release and confirm unto the said Jacob Morits
and to his heirs and assigns two certain tracts or pieces of land
situate in the Township of East Nantmeal aforesaid, The one of
these beginning at a post a corner of a tract of land belonging
to Thomas Williams ........containing one hundred acres and three

and granting letters of Administration in and for the county of Chester
Whereas my late Husbands Jacob Murray Died Intestate whereby the right
of the Administration of the estate of the deceased did devolve upon me
Susanna Murry widow and relict of the said deceased Now know ye that
for divers goods causes and considerationy me the said Susanna Murry
especially moving I have released and hereby giving all my right and
title thereto to my son John Murry & my son-in-law Henry Diffenderfer
