Creed have to be one of my faveorite rock bands ever. Unfortuantly, their not really heard of here in the UK (Although I hear they have had big success in America with Weathered). The now 3-sum (used to be a 4-sum... Pervy minds sit down) haven't got the useual heavy rock image that you would belive them to have in such songs as 'Torn' and 'What If', In fact, they don't even really have an image. In the 'My Sacrifice' video Scott Stapp (Vocals) looks like a GUns 'N' Roses reject with his long hair and leather jacket. an image not suited for the soft rock song that is 'My Sacrifice'. Although, that's not a bad thing, thats a good thing (Bang! It's Me, It's Me, It's DDP*) because their success is based intirely on their great music! With 'Human Clay' selling over 6 million copies and the follow up 'Human Clay' going straight into the Number 1 slot selling over 10 million copies. Their sucess also includes 4 number 1 radio singles! With that said, here in the UK, the highest they got was no.2 in the Kerrang! charts... But we're british and wouldn't know a good band if it broke are nose and called us George. Music to us a 5 untalented 'youngsters' that can't play one insturment and have little or no imput into their own music.... I belive the Americans call them 'N*Sync'. We call them 'Steps'. *I really hope you watch wwf/wcw
