Design projects:

n         1,2001-6,2001 reform of safety valves in BYPGC.elementary design, design of execution drawingIncluded six different plants no.1 chemical plant, polypropylene enterprise, rubber enterprise , chemical enterprise and refinery plant. I was in charge of and . My duties: calculated and selected safety valves, piping. Designer, project manager. Project②: 144 safety valves, ③: 36 safety valves.  

n         12,2000-2,2001 reform of phenol-acetone of chemical enterprise. (feasibility research, elementary design) Included reform of three towers in refined unit, reform of hydroxybenzene-water system, reform of store system, reform of fire protecting water system and cool-water-tower supply. My duties: Prepared PFD, PID, layout, pipe material lists, fire protecting, environment protection, safety and sanitation of working. Designer, project manager. It was invested RMB 20 million yuan. The reform will improve the output of phenol-acetone from 60,000 Mt/a to 80,000 Mt/a.

n         8,2000 subsidiary project (pipe groups) of diesel oil hydrotreating unit, refinery of BYPGC. elementary design, design of execution drawingMy duties: PID, piping. Designer, general representative of construction work. It was invested RMB 12 million yuan.

n         3,2000-4,2000 clean fuel project of refinery of BYPGC. design of execution drawingreform of blending system of both gasoline and diesel oil, Included reform of additive tanks, reform of pump room and pipes of tank farm. My duties: PID, piping. Designer, general representative of construction work. It was invested RMB 14.7 million yuan.

n         11,1998-9,1999 the second stage of 100,000 Mt/a lubricating oil concoct plant, the advanced lubricating oil company of BYPGC.design of execution drawingIncluded five independent projects: enlarged reform of high-location-tank, enlarged reform of tank farm, enlarged reform of analytical laboratory, strategy of auto-control system in tank farm unit, reform of gas buffer of no.2 conciliate plant. My duties: PFD, PID, layout, piping, pipe material lists. Designer, general representative of construction work, project manager. It was invested RMB 7 million yuan.

n         4,1998-8,1998 subsidiary project of gas fractionation unit, refinery of BYPGC. design of execution drawingMy duties: piping. Designer, general representative of construction work. It was invested RMB 31 million yuan.

n         9,1997-9,1998 project of the natural gas substitute for the fuel oil, BYPGC.elementary design, design of execution drawingIncluded long-transport-pipes, adjust pressure station, boundary pipes, and furnace burning-gas system reforms. My duties: PFD, PID, layout, piping. Designer, representative of construction work. It was invested RMB 250 million yuan. The natural gas was transported to the pressure adjustment unit. From the artery of the shan-jing natural gas. It is transported to the no.1 chemical plant, refinery plant, no.1 electrical plant
