| Activities:- Planting Trees
Planting trees through the
roadsides and parks is one of another activity. From our small nursery we give rare and
useful plants among the members to make the plant s common even in the cities.
Census (waterfowl & Forest birds)
Every year we participate in
the Asian Waterfowl Census covering more than 10 wetlands in Trivandrum alone. Even we
have a few Ramsur Sites in Kerala where the census is very important.
Awareness programmes
- Slide shows
Periodically we conduct slide
shows on birds, butterflies and nature in general, giving importance to the conservation
of wetlands and forests.
