"only circumstantial evidence and lack of scientific proof", that Jan Kappers (x Christina Kappers) was a son of Bernardus Kappers, born Middelburg 24 aug 1815 (province Zeeland), died Rotterdam 13 sep 1878, and Anna Tuijl (1782-1859).
