"The canopies of the Red Woods
were thick enough for people to live on,
so little light ever made it to the forest floor,
even during the day."
"She ran through the canopy
faster than she did on the ground."
"The trees towered hundereds of feet
and were so thick that my parents
and I were not able to complete
a circle together around most of them."
"He had cut down the smallest tree he could find-
one not even half grown-
yet it had taken him weeks to do it...."
"The trees here were gigantic!
They seemed to touch the sky,
but the branches were so thick,
I couldn't tell if they did.
Every one was a child's-
or even an adult's- dream climbing tree."
"There was only one word to be said about this place: serenity."
...to Serenity Valley.
It is a land I created over three years ago, but no matter how much I try, I cannot escape it.
Every time I begin a story, my creation has to be included.
Each character must visit the world of the canopy.
As some of my characters above described to you, the heart of Serenity Valley is the Red Woods.
There is no forest like it anywhere.
Most people live and travel on the canopy, and rarely will anyone live in the surrounding plains or desert.
You might compare their lifestyle to that of Robin Hood or the Middle Ages.
But not even a place called Serenity Valley is always peaceful.
With all the wholesomeness of the forest, there also is evil, the core of evil of the world.
That's where the Warriors come in.
Warriors represent three key elements to holding the world together: time, destiny, and legacy.
But enough from me.
I have a few of many stories about Serenity Valley and beyond on this site.
Just use the menus below.
Enjoy.
