Revelation 18:1
1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

John sees a seventh angel come down from heaven. This angel had great power and his light shined on the earth.

Revelation 18:2
And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

The angel speaks with a mighty voice, sying Babylon the great is gone into the deepest pit. The confusion, the apostasy, the abimination that they are doing against God in the name of religion.

They think they are doing what God wants, but they are in confusion.

Revelation 18:3
For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her,

What has happened is that all the people of the world have taken part in Satan's system, thinking it is Jesus, that is leading them.

That is why the word fornication is used, it is talking spiritually. All christians are suppose to be waiting for their "husband", which is the Lord. When Jesus comes down we are to become one, as he is one with The Father. This is the "spiritual marriage", that the Word tells us about.


Rev 19:6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Then Paul tells us that Christians are suppose to be waiting for their husband (the Lord.)

2 Cor 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.


But Satan comes down first and pretends to be Jesus, so most people have "joined" with him, thinking he is their "husband". Not knowing that they are "committing spiritual fornication."

The word "fornication" means

4203 porneuo (porn-yoo'-o);

from 4204; to act the harlot, i.e. (literally) indulge unlawful lust (of either sex), or (figuratively) practise idolatry:

That is the reason, when the true Jesus does appear, the people who thought Satan was Jesus, will be ashamed and confused and why Jesus will be mad.

Why will Jesus be mad? Because it is all written in the Word and all they had to do was study and then they would know, not just take the easy way out and listen to their "church", which tells them they are going to be gone, when they are not.


Rom 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.


Do a little side study and take a concordance and look up the phrase "it is written", and see how many times this is used in the Word. You will see it is written many, many, many times and Jesus, when he uses it is chasting the religious people. You know the ones that call themselves religious. In that time it was the priests and teachers. Today it is anyone who calls themself a Christian, because the Word has been opened up to everyone that has their spiritual eyes open. And no one can say,Lord I love you, I didn't know, because my preacher told me this or my preacher told me that. The Lord will say get away from me, I never knew you!


Matt 7:21-23
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Revelation 18:3
and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

The people become apart of the system and they are in the business of spiritually killing souls. That means getting people to follow Satan.

Revelation 18:4
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

This is a warning to the true Christians, stay out of confusion, so that you do not commit spiritual sins and God punishes you also.

Revelation 18:5
For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

Because they are so full of sins against God, and God knows everything everyone does.

Revelation 18:6
Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

And the Lord will punish them for what they have done, they will get double punishment.


Isa 40:2
2 Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD's hand double for all her sins.

Jer 16:18
18 And first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double; because they have defiled my land, they have filled mine inheritance with the carcases of their detestable and abominable things.

Revelation 18:7
How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

The reason why is because she thinks she is "really good" and she did everything she was suppose to for the Lord. So she will be punished for her not doing what the Lord wanted. She thinks she is with her husband and he has returned, and she is married, but she is not.

Revelation 18:8
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

Because they think they are not ever going to be unhappy, because they are married to the Lord. But they will receive the seperation from the true Jesus, when he really gets here.

It will happen all at once, in an instant. They will think everything is great and they are so "holy," then they will know the truth and they will be in confusion, mourning, spiritually dead, starving for the real truth, and burning with shame. Wow, do you understand how they will feel, in that instant?


Isa 41:10-11
10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
11 Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.

Isa 65:13-15
13 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
14 Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
15 And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:

We are told something very interesting here in Psalm 55:13, we are told the ones that will be against us will be the people that we went to church with, our friends and families.
We are also told we could handle it, if it was our enemies or people who were not calling themselves christians.

Ps 55:11-14
11 Wickedness is in the midst thereof: deceit and guile depart not from her streets.
12 For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him:
13 But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance.
14 We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.

But they will be ashamed, the ones that didn't believe you and didn't listen to you. They thought you had your own God, not their God, the "true God."

Micah 7:10
10 Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

Revelation 18:9
And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,

The rulers of the world system will be so upset and unhappy, because they have lost their power over the world, not because they found out they were following Satan, instead of Jesus. They became apart of this great system and now their system has been destroyed in one instant.

II Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

1 Cor 1:19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

Revelation 18:10
Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

Ezek 26:16 Then all the princes of the sea shall come down from their thrones, and lay away their robes, and put off their broidered garments: they shall clothe themselves with trembling; they shall sit upon the ground, and shall tremble at every moment, and be astonished at thee.

They can't believe it, it is all gone in an instant. See how it is also written of in the Old testament? They both work together, you can not understand the whole picture without both.

Revelation 18:11
And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:

Ezek26:17 And they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and say to thee, How art thou destroyed, that wast inhabited of seafaring men, the renowned city, which wast strong in the sea, she and her inhabitants, which cause their terror to be on all that haunt it!

The people who were selling the lies of Satan getting people to buy into the system of confusion were upset and weeping, because nobody is going to buy anything anymore.

Revelation 18:12
The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,

The system had everything to make you "rich", and it appeared as royality.

Revelation 18:13
And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

The system had all the appearance of being religious, they even used the Word of God. It also had the bodies and souls of men.

Revelation 18:14
And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

Everything they thought they had done good, was taken away in that instant, when their system was destroyed and the flesh will be gone. So will all their "works" be gone forever, as it is written.


1 Cor 3:12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

2 Pet 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Anything done for the flesh will be destroyed and useless, because the flesh will be gone and we will all be in spiritual bodies.

When Satan comes to earth he will be telling everyone to help "fix up" this world, but why would the real Jesus do that? Because Jesus knows this flesh world will be gone, that is the trick everyone will fall for.

They have already started it today, the Christians are going around trying to make "this world a better place to live." Thinking that is what the Lord wants them to do. But Jesus never did that and never told us to do that.

Think about it, and ask the Father for the wisdom and understanding, and get away from "the religious" people, and get into the Word.
