Rev 19:1
1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

After John had seen what the Lord was going to do to Satan and his followers, he heard a large number of people that were in heaven rejoicing. They were praising the Lord for how he had taken care of Satan.

Revelation 19:2
For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

They finally got the vengence that the Lord had been promising them. Because he punished those that helped Satan and got others to follow him also.

Revelation 19:3
And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.

Then all these people said Praise Yah! Because this would never happen again.

Revelation 19:4
And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

The 24 elders and the four beast also fell down to worship the Lord. Everyone in heaven will be happy at that time, Satan will finally get what he has coming to him.

Revelation 19:5
And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

John heard a voice from the throne of God Telling everyone that was the Lord's servants and anyone who Revered him to say Praise our God(their god lost and ours won the war.)

Revelation 19:6
And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

John heard a sound of many people, speaking many languages, with mighty words saying Praise Yah, for the Lord God omnipotent reigns. Jesus will be King of kings at this time. His kingdom will be set up on earth.

Now there is another eason why everyone is so happy, let us read what it is.

Revelation 19:7
Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

They are rejoicing, because it is time for the Christians to become one with the Lord. The Christians have done what they were suppose to.

8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

The Christians have had all their sins taken away and they are pure and worthy, the clothes that they are putting on is from the works they have done on earth for the Lord.

Revelation 19:9
And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

The angel said to John, put in your book, blessed are the ones who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb.

Then he tells John everything you have heard is the truth and from the Lord.

Revelation 19:10
And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

After John had been shown all these great things that would happen in the future, he was amazed, so he fell down and worshipped the angel that had been sent to show him what would happen in the future.

The angel responded angrily at John and said Do not worship me, because I am just like you, I am of your people, who tell others about Jesus. There is only one person we worship and that is God, for letting you know what was going to happen in the future.

Now this is a very important thing to remember, if anyone in spirit or in the flesh accept your worship of them, they are not from God. That includes angels, if you ever have contact with an angel and you thank them for what they have done for you, and they do not tell you to stop it and do not thank them, they are an angel from Satan.

Today people are so captivated by angels and the things they are supposedly doing that they are worshipping them, wearing angel pins, which are idols. Thanking their angels for answering their prayers and also praying to angels instead of God. Thes are all sins against God.

The two commandments that are being broken are the first and second. The Lord does not like that at all, and neither would true angels of God.


Exod 20:2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.(This includes angels, if you thank an angel pray to an angel, look up to an angel, they are taking the place of God to you.)
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

(The Lord repeats his commandments again in Deuteronomy)

Deut 4:16 Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female,
17 The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air,
18 The likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the waters beneath the earth:
19 And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them,(See the Lord specifically mentions the angels here and tells you not to worship or to follow what they tell you to do. If they are sent from the Lord, they will tell you that the Lord wants you to do this or that and it will not go against his Word.)

In another place in the Word we are told to remember the commands of the Lord who is your God, because the Lord God is jealous for his children. This means he is afraid for them and knows that they can be lead astray very easily.)

Deut 4:23 Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye forget the covenant of the LORD your God, which he made with you, and make you a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, which the LORD thy God hath forbidden thee.
24 For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.

Now this is the end of the angel showing John what would happen to the "whore" in chapter 17 & 18. The angel also showed John what would be happening in heaven when the "whore" is being done on earth.
