Something for Everyone
With its excellent facilities the Brunswick offers a wide range of activities and events to its Members. We try to incorporate into each evening's programme, activities which will appeal to young people from all ages, male and female, of different ethnic origins and abilities. The Programme is developed to include social, creative and sporting activities - creating a balance to suit all tastes and abilities. Weekend Trips/Outings
Throughout the year, staff organise a number of weekend trips. The main purpose of such trips vary (e.g. outdoor pursuits, soccer coaching, drama, fishing, etc.) but the underlying aims of each one are to help young people work co-operatively with others, to use their initiative and to experience life away from the inner city. We also organise trips and play schemes during the school holidays.
Competing Teams
Every weekend at least one of our various representative teams is participating in a competition or training. We have teams covering several different sports and are keen to develop new ones. We also participate in many one-off competitions.
