Tom Watson was a co-founder of NCMX which focuses on providing automated, remote, desktop management for midsize companies. He built, tested, documented and directed the processes used to manage desktop software for companies as large as 1,600 machines. In one instance, NCMX installed a large, complicated software package on 1,400 machines in the middle of the night with no one on-site. NCMX had an 8 hour window in which to complete the task and it was done in 4 hours with an over 95% success rate. (Of course, the rollout was preceded by comprehensive planning and testing.)

Tom is now bringing applicable portions of those tools and skills to small companies and can provide many of Technology Advisory Services' services remotely thus improving response time and increasing customer satisfaction while reducing cost.
