WHAT
IS SPAM?
Spam
is defined as including, but
not limited to, the following:
- Electronic
mail messages addressed
to a recipient with whom
the sender does not have
an existing business or
personal relationship or
is not sent at the request
of, or with the express
consent of, the recipient;
- Messages
posted to Usenet and message
boards that are off-topic
(unrelated to the topic
of discussion), cross-posted
to unrelated newsgroups,
or posted in excessive volume;
- Solicitations
posted to chat rooms, or
to groups or individuals
via Internet Relay Chat
or "Instant Messaging"
system (such as ICQ);
What
will happen to my account if
I Spam?
Way2Success
Program anti-Spam policy is
very easy to understand: If
you Spam, you are cancelled.
Your account will be deleted,
your referrals will be lost,
and you will be ineligible for
a new account. Also, the member
who referred you will lose the
benefit of your referrals. Therefore
don't even try spamming by signing
up under your account with a
different name. Because if the
member you refer Spam, you will
loose his referrals too. Same
rule apply up to 4 levels.
I
want to send email about Way2Success
Program to all my friends at
a time. Will it be a Spam?
No,
if you have 100 online friends
and they all know you, you can
email them about Way2Success
Program. But you cannot email
"friends of your friends"
who don't know you directly.
Is
there any legal punishment for
spamming according to the US
Law?
Yes,
spamming is illegal and you
might be in trouble if you Spam
at a higher level.
PLEASE, do
not purchase or rent email lists
unless you are sure that it's
an opt-in email list. Its better
to ask us before renting an
opt-in email list even. Because
there are just a few companies
who sell real opt-in lists.
