We visited Steve's parents in the morning, after opening our own presents at home, of course.  Steve's sister Gale was there with her family too, so we all had a nice visit.

After celebrating Christmas at the Silsby's home in Newport News, Va., we hopped into the car around noontime and drove up to my parents (Addison and Ruth Dawson) in Haynesville, Va. where my family was gathering for Christmas dinner.
