Shorinjiryu Kudaka karatedo is a scientific, well rounded study of the martial arts.  Shorinjiryu Kudaka incorporates the use of anzen bogu or body armour to allow full controlled contact to the target while at the same time conditioning the natural weapons (hands, feet, elbows, knees, etc.).

Shorinjiryu Kudaka karatedo theory encourages self discipline and physical fitness as well as focusing on the philosophical aspects of the martial arts.
