Handspun, Handknit, Handmade Dolls

The mermaid is one of my most popular fantasy pieces.
The item pictured is made from handspun and commercial novelty yarns.
The pattern is one that I came up with, and can be customized as needed.
Accessories may be specially requested, though most pieces are as is.
I make these in small lots, and typically only have a few on hand at any time.

Since I do not have time to do rug hooking myself, I leave that to my dolls.

All items are hand made and one of a kind, no two will ever be exactly alike.

As with the mermaid, these dolls are made from handspun and commercial novelty yarns.
The hair is either commercial combed-top or hand-dyed fleece.
The pattern is also my own design, and may be customized.
Accessories may be specially requested, though most pieces are as is.

This doll is made of hand-made, hand-dyed merino felt, embellished with embroidery and beadwork.

My wall hangings are made from Hand-made Felt.
Combed top, roving and locks of wool are applied by needle-felting.

This piece was part of my Masters Thesis exhibit at Eastern Michigan University in May 2000.
