- Hot Bot A favorite basic
search engine that allows searching by date and type of
document.
- Infoseek can use
question, phrase, or name.
- Infospace.com The
ultimate directory; find people, places, and things.
- Netsearch
Netscape's search engine with several options for searching.
- Lycos has several options
and links to other search services including road maps.
- Magellan search engine
and subject directory.
- MetaCrawler very
comprehensive, allows searching in several engines
simultaneously.
- Web Crawler search or use
links to yellow pages, people finder, etc.
- Yahoo Search a popular
search engine and subject directory with lots of options.
- Yahooligans A search
engine and subject directory and the best place for kids to start
searching.
