The Western philosophy strongly believe in medicine and external cure for our body. However, the Eastern believes that our body consist of vital-internal energy that may stay with us from one lifetime to another. It is believe that if we have energy blockage these are causes that leads to illness, pain and disease. Therefore, internal-energy excercises encourages good posture, exercise that relaxes the mind and techniques that help us forcus with the energy that lies within ourselves. Some of these exercises are:
