energy that may stay with us from one lifetime to another. It is believe
that if we have energy blockage these are causes that leads to illness,
pain and disease. Therefore, internal-energy excercises encourages
good posture, exercise that relaxes the mind and techniques that help
us forcus with the energy that lies within ourselves. Some of these
