Our representatives will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have. You can also place your order by mail. Beaucoup accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments. We also accept cashiers checks and personal checks.

shipping

As a way to thank our customers, we offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders shipped to anywhere in the United States. Our customers will have the option to upgrade the shipping method if desired. Because we carry an extensive selection of products, shipping and handling times will vary from product to product depending on in-stock availability. An estimated shipping lead time is given on each product description page. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, please note that Beaucoup is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment.

sales tax

Our corporate office is located in Mountain View, California. We do not charge sales tax for all orders shipped to destinations outside of California.

sample requests

Although we try to furnish our site with exceptional product images, we understand that you may still wish to request product samples. We are happy to help. You can use our online ordering system or call us toll free at 877.988.2328 to place a sample order. You will be charged the unit price of the product sample plus $6 for shipping and handling.

minimum orders

We have a minimum order requirement for each product on our website. If you would like to place an order for a quantity that is less than our minimum requirement, please call us toll free at 877-988-2328. We will try our best to accomodate all requests. Please note that we will not be able to offer complimentary shipping and handling for orders that do not meet our minimum order requirement.

catalogue requests

We do not offer a print catalogue at this time. Please visit our website for a complete selection of our products, with updated pricing and product availability information.

returns and exchanges

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please note that customized orders and confectionery merchandise are not returnable. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

cancellation policy

You may cancel your order within three days of placing your order. Because we process our orders immediately upon receipt, any cancellations received three days after the initial order placement date will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
