At Wedding Designs, we do not believe in differentiating between premium, moderate or budget weddings, with essential wedding components sometimes compromised to save a few dollars.

Wedding Designs' Reception Venue and Service Providers are leaders in their field and have a Superior concept of client service, along with the reputation in the Wedding Industry as offering a product or service of the highest quality.   After you have selected your reception venue, Wedding Designs staff will confirm availability and organise an appointment with the reception venue senior consultants.   You will receive full VIP service and will liaise with your reception centre consultant on a one-on-one basis for the duration of the wedding preparation.   The Wedding designs Team will be there for any queries that the reception coordinators are unable to address and we will be at call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any urgent matters.

Affordability

Our standards at Wedding Designs are only one level - Five-Star, whilst our pricing is also at one standard - Affordable.

Our philosophy at Wedding Designs is to pass on the best possible price to our clients without the additional charges and fees for our service.   Wedding Designs is unlike other conventional wedding coordinators who charge expensive hourly rates when assisting with wedding preparations, or flat percentage levies (up to ten percent) on top of the cost of the wedding.

Our ability to price at less than retail is due to our company's corporate profile.   In return for the volume of business Wedding Designs generates, our quality service providers have granted us exclusive rates, the majority of which we are able to pass straight on to you; the Bride and Groom to be.

At Wedding Designs, we believe the simplest way to price a wedding is on a per head basis - based on the number of people at the wedding reception.   This allows clients to be clear in advance of the exact wedding cost and is very easy to work out.   There is a per-person price for every size of wedding from 55 to 500 persons.

As all provider costs are built into the per-person-pricing schedule, and smaller weddings do not receive fewer services than larger wedding on a comparative scale, our per-head pricing actually decreases rapidly as the size of the wedding increases.   Therefore, large or small, Wedding Designs unique system of pricing represents outstanding value for your wedding.
