- Along the Escatawpa River -

These shots were taken back in the fall of 1988 along the Escatapa River in lower Mississippi. This is how my bike looked originally. Factory paint and all.

- Evolution of Paint -

These shots were taken in my back yard. I did this paint job right here at home in the wide open spaces. You really can't beat the natural light for getting it right. I exclusivly use Ditzler paints for all of my work. This time I used three colors for the base with Candy Brandywine as the finish color. This gave the ghost flames effect I was looking for.

- More Ghost Flames -

These shots were taken in the spring of 92. I did this as a ghost flame paint also, but this is not my bike. I did this for a friend of mine and I think I did a better job for him than I did for myself. I guess that's usually the case. The gold, black, and silver are the base colors and then I used a candy red over the hole thing to get the ghost effect.

- More Flames -

These shots were taken in the fall of 1996. This is a 1977 FX Superglide that was customized by Tim Huges. He purchased all his parts from me to build this bike. I also did this paint job. I went with a more predominate flame paint scheme this time around. This was a basic black with a blue to white with a touch purple in between the flame.
