As you can see from the following diagram, all of Satan’s working powers sit on an equivalent base.
In the end, all the powers and all the bases are the same - puppets for Satan’s rebellion on earth.
And there are only TWO of them!!!!

Whore = woman = Satan’s powers = ......... Rome = ...... the great city
sits on
waters = beast = 7 heads & 10 horns = 7 mountains = 7 kings + 1
= religions = Great Babylon = clergy
sits on
= nations = ... Euphrates = ...... laity
LAITY = Congregations (on the bottom)
