Death Takes Levi J.
Nafzger Sunday p.m.
--------
Levi J. Nafzger, aged 68, died Sunday evening at his home on Electric Ave., after an illness of months which has caused him a tremendous amount of suffering. Mr. Nafzger had been a resident of Westerville for 30 years, spending a good part of the time in the poultry and trucking business at his home where he died. He was a school teacher in his younger days, being forced to quit this profession on account of deafness which proved a rather serious affliction as he grew older.
Besides his widow, Mrs. Mary A., one daughter, Mrs. Harry Phelps, and one son, Leslie; two brothers, David, of Westerville, Henry of Gahanna; two sisters, Miss Clara Nafzger and Mrs. Sarah Ochs, both of Gahanna, and three grandchildren survive.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Presbyterian church. Burial was made in the Memorial Mausoleum by Earl F. Keyes.
