Charles, age 73, died at his home in Westerville, Friday evening after suffering a stroke of apoplexy. His widow, Margaret, three sons and one daughter survive. Funeral services will be held from the residence, Monday, at 10:30 a. m., with burial in the Westerville mausoleum under the directions of the Stockdale & Son establishment.
