Mrs. Margaret McLeod,
Life-long Resident,
Dies at the Age of 89
Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret McLeod, aged 89, a life-long resident of Westerville who died Sunday evening at her home, 120 Summit St., following a lingering illness, were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, at the Grace Lutheran church.
Two years ago Mrs. McLeod fell and broke her arm. The next year she suffered a broken hip and had been confined to her bed since that time. She was a member of the Grace Lutheran church and the Auxiliary of the American Legion.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Louella McLeod Clark of Columbus and two sons, Clarence McLeod at the home and Miles O. McLeod of Westerville; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Mary Schick of Westerville.
Burial was in the Mausoleum of Otterbein Cemetery by the K. R. Fichner Funeral Home.
