Services Held For
Mrs. Ada Freeman
Funeral services were held Monday in the Hill Funeral Home for Mrs. Ada D. Freeman, 86, 225 N. State Street who had been a lifelong resident of the community.
SHE WAS THE widow of John Freeman who passed away 14 years ago and had been active in the community as a businessman and banker.
A lifelong member of the Westerville Methodist Church, Mrs. Freeman was also Past Matron of the Mitzpah OES. She died Thursday in Elmhurst Convalescent Center where she had been a patient for two weeks.
She is survived by a son, Harold, Westerville, a daughter, Rellafa Bowell, Dayton, a sister, Mrs. Clell Orndorf, Westerville; five grandchildren, Dr. William Freeman, Westerville, John Freeman, Kettering, and Michael, Tom and Dan Bowell, all of Dayton; and four great grandchildren.
THE REV. Richard Coad, Pastor of the Methodist Church officiated at services. Entombment was in the Otterbein Mausoleum.
