Loosely based on the American Wild West, this year's themed event at The Recreation Club will start on Friday 30th July and continue through Saturday 31st July.

Pitches are £10.00 each.
Registered charity stalls are asked to make a donation - NO CAR BOOT STALLS PLEASE.
So far we only have a garden produce stall and a cake stall - over to you for some great ideas and fund raisers!
The Commemoration Fund and Recreation Club Committees both need helping hands for the day's events:
Car Park Stewards, Kitchen Hands, Stall Holders, Chair Movers, Money Collectors etc. etc.
Please make yourself known to Sandra or June.
Donations of Prizes are also required for the Tombola and our fun prize Casino. Promises or goods can be left at 20, Manor Street or at the Recreation Club.
Finally, the West Coker Youth Club would like the help of a few parents or older persons to help build a 'smashing' stall 6ft x 6ft, they have the canvas sheet but need wood, screws, drills etc. Please contact Daniel Creswell on 864066 or Sandra King. Donations of old and useless china/crockery for the stall will also be gratefully accepted.
